After I fell in love with the first book, I had to sadly wait for the next one due to amazon thinking this guy plagerized his own book... The story picks up where it left of in the first volume on a good note. It begins to expand on the rest of the universe he's created and the characters he's introduced thus far. The story, antagonists and character you thought were crap were given more depth and I'm eagerly awaiting the next volume hoping that it fleshes out other relationships happening around him.A few personal gripes I had though was a lack of pictures to depict what the main cast looks like. and sadly a problem I saw from the last book was that the pictures we do get are inconsistent to what was described.I loved the love-making parts and how the characters interact with each other but sometimes I felt like a sex scene was filler, and wanted them to get back to the story. There also was a lot of 4th wall breaking, which isnt a bad thing. It's just that sometimes it felt like an indirect ad.Sadly, Chris is still a giga-chad in this volume as well, so some of the solutions felt artificial or that he was too perfect. However, this story does a better job of handling it and reminds us that he's still mortal. Stories get stale when the main character is impervious to it's world's problems and almost a perfect specimen.After this you're probable wondering why it got a five star review from me. Well despite my personal gripes, this vanilla hentai of a story is quite the enjoyable read that can easily be something to look forward to on ones lunch break or before bed.It's innocent and cute and yet not to the point of becoming sickeningly naive with it's dark plot that treads beneath the surface.
